Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellation's:
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
